Amaç: Son yılların en popüler eğitim öğretim araçlarından biri olan etkileşimli tahtanın kullanılmasıyla birlikte öğretmenin sınıf içindeki rolü de değişmiştir. Öğretmenler sadece anlatıcı değil, bunun yanında ders araçlarını da etkili kullanması gereken yeni bir rol almıştır. Bu araştırma ders denetiminde öğretmenlerin etkileşimli tahta kullanımına ilişkin müdür algılarını belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır.
Yöntem: Araştırmada nitel araştırma desenlerinden olgubilim (fenomenoloji) deseni kullanılmıştır. Çalışma grubu seçimi seçkisiz örneklem çeşitlerinden kotalı ve ölçüt örnekleme yöntemidir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2016-2017 eğitim öğretim yılında Malatya ilinde etkileşimli tahta kurulu ve çalışır durumda olan 15 okul müdürü oluşturmaktadır. Katılımcıların görüşleri araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen görüşme formu kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Görüşme soruları, içerik analizi tekniği ile analiz edilmiştir.
Bulgular: Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, okul müdürleri etkileşimli tahtanın dersin içerik boyutunu zenginleştirdiği ve ders verimini arttırdığı için denetimlerinde etkileşimli tahta kullanımının önemli olduğu kanaatinde oldukları öne çıkan bulgular arasındadır.
Sonuçlar ve Öneriler: Etkileşimli tahtanın öğrenci motivasyonu ve sınıfta zaman tasarrufu konularında müdürler daha fazla bilgilendirilmelidir.
Purpose: With the use of interactive boards, one of the most popular teaching and learning tools in recent years, the role of the teacher in the class has also changed. Teachers are not just narrators, but they have also taken on a new role that must use teaching tools effectively. This research was conducted in order to determine principals’ perceptions related to interactive board use of teachers in course supervision.
Design & Methodology: In the research, qualitative phenomenology research patterns were used. Sampling method is stratified and criterion sampling of random sampling types. The study group is composed of 15 school principals working in schools furnished with interactive boards and currently used in Malatya in 2016-2017 education year. The views of the participants were collected using the interview form developed by the researcher. Interview questions were analyzed by content analysis technique.
Findings: According to the results of the research, the interactive board is considered to be important because the interactive board enriches the content and increases the efficiency of the lesson.
Implications & Suggestions: School principals should be more informed about interactive boards' contribution to student motivation and time saving in class.
