8.ÖZET Sağlık kayıtlarından yararlanılarak yapılan bu çalışmaca 1997-2002 yılları arası Batman İli sağlık hizmetleri değerlendirilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler sonucunda Batman İli nüfusunun son beş yılda %1,2 azaldığı, sağlık kuruluşu ve bazı personel sayılarının arttığı, hastane doğumlarının %22'ye ulaştığı, DBT3, Polio3 ve kızamık aşı oranlarının azaldığı, BCG ve TT1 aşı oranlarının arttığı saptanmıştır. Genel olarak değerlendirildiğinde Batman'da sağlık personeli dağılımının dengesiz olduğu, bazı sağlık kayıtlarının düzenli tutulmadığı ve saklanmadığı, aile planlaması hizmetlerinin yetersiz olduğu tespit edilmiştir. 9.SUMMARY In this survey, which is based on health records, health services in Batman between 1997-2002 was examined. Here are tie results of this survey, the population of Batman decreases %1,2 last five years, the number of health institutions and some staff increase, birth rates which are done in hospitals goes up to %22, Diphtheria-Whooping cough-tetanus vaccine (third dose), Polio (third dose) and measles vaccination rate decreases, Tuberculosis vaccine and and Tetanus toxoid vaccination rate increases. When the health services are looced through in general there is no balance in distribution of health staff in Batman some hsilth records are not kept regularly and stored, birth control services are not sufficient.
