Ordu yöresi vasküler bitkilerinde tespit edilen mikrofunguslar

Abstract

ÖZET Yüksek Lisans Tezi ORDU YÖRESİ VASKÜLER BİTKİLERİNDE TESPİT EDİLEN MİKROFUNGUSLAR Şanlı KABAKTEPE İnönü Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Biyoloji Anabilim Dalı 138 + xi sayfa 2004 Danışman : Yrd. Dr. Zeliha BAHÇECİOĞLU Bu araştırma, Ordu il sınırlan içerisinde yapılmış ve Ordu yöresinde yayılış gösteren mikrofungus türlerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. 2002-2004 yıllarının vejetasyon dönemlerinde yapılan periyodik arazi çalışmalarında, üzerinde mikrofungus bulunan 1465 vasküler bitki örneği toplanmıştır. Bu örneklerin adlandırılması sonucu 33 familyaya dahil 111 cins ve 138 konukçu tür tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca üzerinde mikrofungus bulunan ancak türü tespit edilemeyen 12 konukçu cins de değerlendirilmiştir. Konukçu ve substratlann üzerinde bulunan Mikrofunguslann adlandırılması ile 9 familyaya dahil 21 cins ve 102 tür saptanmıştır. Bu türlerden 23'ü Ascomycotina, 74'dü Basidiomycotina, 5'i de Deuteromycotina subdivizyolarma dahildir. Ordu yöresinde en çok tür içeren mikrofungus familyaları Pucciniaceae (63), Erysiphaceae (22) dir. Kalan 17 tür ise 7 familyaya dahildir. En fazla türü bulunan cinsler ise Puccinia Pers. (38), Uromyces Unger (16), Erysiphe DC. (13) ve Phragmidium Link. (7) dir. Geriye kalan 28 tür ise 17 cinse dahildir. En yaygın mikrofungus türlerinden Puccinia graminis Pers. 16, Leveillula taurica (Lev.) Arnaud 1 1 konukçu tür üzerinde bulunmuştur. Bir çok tür ise sadece 1 konukçuda tespit edilmiştir. ABSTRACT Master Thesis MİCROFUNGİ THAT DETERMİNETED ON VASCULER PLANTS OF ORDU PROVINCE Şanlı KABAKTEPE İnönü University Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences Depertment of Biology 138+xipage 2004 Supervisor: Dr. Zeliha BAHÇECÎO?LU The purpose of this research was to establish the microfungi species which are grown in Ordu province. Field study were made periodically in the vegetation periods between 2002-2004 years. In this period, 1465 vascular plant specimens were collected from the study area. After the naming of the specimens 111 genera and 138 host and substrate species belonging to 33 families were determined. Moreover, 12 genera which are microfungi found on, but due to inadequate materials were not determined at the species level were included in the list By the naming the microfungi which ara grown on the host and substrate specimens, 21 genera and 102 microfungi species belonging to 9 families were established. Distribution of the microfungi species to the subdivisions is as follows: Ascomycotina 23, Basidiomycotina 74, Denteromycotina 5. With respect to number of species they contain, the biggest families at Ordu provence are Pucciniaceae (63 species), Erysiphaceae (22 species). The remaining 17 species belong to 7 families. 38 out of 102 species belong to Puccinia Pers. 16, Uromyces Unger 13, Erysiphe DC. and Phragmidium Link. 7. The others 17 genera comprises of 28 species. Puccinia graminis Pers and Leveillula taurica (Lev.) Arnaud which are the most widespread species were found on the 16 and 1 1 host species respectively. On the other hand, a lot of microfungi species were found on only one host or substrate species. Seven microfungi species are new records for the micoflora of Turkey.
