Neoliberal politikalar ekseninde Türkiye'de yoksulluk ve gelir dağılımı

Abstract

Yoksulluk, insanlık tarihi kadar eski bir sorundur ve dolayısıyla bu sorunla yeni tanısılmamıstır. Her dönemde ve her toplumda karsılasılan bir sorun olmakla beraber günümüzde bu durum, daha yapısal bir hal almıstır. Genel olarak dünyada, özel olarak Türkiye'de neoliberal karsı devrimin ardından uygulanan emek karsıtı politikalar ile bu süreç daha can yakıcı olmaya baslamıstır. Bu çalısmada Türkiye'nin yoksulluk haritası çıkarılmıstır. Yoksulluğun bir kader değil, uygulanan ekonomi politikalarının bir sonucu olduğu gerçeğinden hareketle, basta 24 Ocak Kararları olmak üzere yoksulluğa neden olan faktörler mercek altına alınmıstır. Herkesin üzerinde görüs birliğine vardığı bir tanım söz konusu olmadığı için yoksulluğa ve yoksullara bakıs açısı bireylerin sınıfsal konumlarına ve ideolojik tutumlarına göre sekillenmektedir. Bundan dolayı bu çalısmada önce siyasi yelpazenin çesitli yerlerinde yer alan düsüncelere yer verilmis, ardından kisisel görüsler incelenmistir. Poverty is a matter as much primitive as the history of humanity and hence, this issue is not encountered recently. Although it is a matter that is encountered in every period and every community, this issue has developed into a more constructive case. After Neoliberal opposite revolution generally in the world, specifically in Turkey, this process has begun to be more suffering with the policies that are contrasting to the human effort. In this study, the poverty map of Turkey issued. With regarding the fact that poverty is not a destiny but rather the result of economy policies, heading 24 January judgments, the reasons that cause poverty are investigated. As there is not a consensus on the description, the perspective to the poverty and the indigent people is shaped according to the people?s position of denomination and ideological attitude. Thus, in this study, firstly the ideas that are included in several parts of political spectrum are mentioned; subsequently, personal views are analyzed.
