2009 hayat bilgisi dersi öğretim programının öğretmen görüşlerine göre değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı; 2009 hayat bilgisi dersi öğretim programının kazanımları, içeriği, eğitim durumları ve ölçme-değerlendirme boyutları açısından aksayan yönlerinin neler olduğunu sınıf öğretmenlerinin görüşlerine göre belirlemektir. Programa ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerini belirlemeyi amaçlayan bu araştırmada genel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini, 2016-2017 eğitim-öğretim yılında ve Malatya Yeşilyurt ilçesinde görev yapmakta olan 600 sınıf öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin toplanmasında, Kayalar (2007) tarafından geliştirilmiş olan anket kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 17 istatistik programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Öğretmenlerin cinsiyetlerine göre ilişkisiz t-testi, öğretmenlerin yaş ve kıdem değişkenlerine göre; tek yönlü varyans analizi "ANOVA" kullanılarak bulgulara ulaşılmış ve bulgular yorumlanmıştır. Bu test sonucunda anlamlı farklılaşmanın olduğu durumlarda farklılaşmanın hangi grup ya da gruplardan kaynaklandığını tespit etmek için "post-hoc" tekniklerinden "LSD" uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgulara göre; sınıf öğretmenleri, 2009 Hayat Bilgisi Dersi Öğretim Programının uygulanabilir olması bakımından genel görüşlerini "Katılıyorum" düzeyinde belirtmişlerdir. Ayrıca; programın uygulanabilirliğine yönelik maddeler analiz edildiğinde; sınıf öğretmenlerinin cinsiyet, yaş, kıdem değişkenleri arasında anlamlı bir farklılaşmanın olduğu tespit edilmiş ve elde edilen veriler ışığında programın aksayan yönleri ile ilgili yapılması gerekenler hakkında önerilerde bulunulmuştur. The purpose of this research is to define the achievements of the life sciences course curriculum, contents, imperfect and lame sides of it in terms of the evaluation assessment and education circumstances. In this research, which aims to define and find the opinions of the teachers about the curriculum, general scanning model was used. The samples of the search consist of 600 class teachers who work in the town of Yeşilyurt, Malatya city in the year of 2016-2017 education terms. While gathering the data, the questionaire designed by Kayalar (2007) was used. The obtained data was analysed with the SPSS17-statistic programme. The findings were obtained and interpreted by using unaillied t-test for the genders of the teachers and by using analysis of variance- ANOVA for the differences in the ages and the seniority of the teachers. In conclusion of this test, LSD technique among the post-hoc techniques was applied to detect which group or groups cause to these significant differentiations in the different situations. According to the obtained outcomes of the research, the class teachers generally showed their opinions as I agree whether the 2009- life science course curriculum can be carried out. Also, after having analysed the items devoted to the aplicability of the curriculum, it is found out that there is a significant distinctions, caused by the genders, ages and seniorities of the class teachers and by means of the gathered data, suggestions were given about the lame disadvantaged and imperfect sides of the curriculum what can be done for them as solutions.
