Ortadoğu’da değişim süreci ve türk dış politikası

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Ortadoğu‟da meydana gelen değişimin nedenlerini, sürecin işleyişini ve muhtemel sonuçlarını ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaca ulaşmak için, Ortadoğu‟daki ekonomik, politik ve sosyal duruma odaklanılmıştır. Çalışmada Ortadoğu‟daki değişimin nedenleri, sürecin nasıl işlediği ve değişimle birlikte meydana gelen sonuçlar arasında ilişki kurulmuştur. Ayrıca sosyal medyanın olayların seyrini etkilediği varsayımından hareket edilerek, sürecin ileride ortaya çıkması muhtemele sonuçlarının; aktörlerin tutumuna ve konjonktürel unsurlara bağlı olduğu değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın diğer bir amacı sürece yönelik Türk dış politikasını değerlendirmektedir. Türkiye için dile getirilen “model ülke” tartışmasına yer verilerek, Arap Baharı‟na yönelik Türk dış politikasının, başta ABD olmak üzere, Batı ile uyumlu olduğu ama aynı zamanda kendine has özellikler de taşıdığı vurgulanmıştır. Literatür taraması yapılarak gerçekleştirilen çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır.

The purpose of this study is to present the reasons for the change in the Middle East, functioning of its process and the likely results.To achieve this goal, it was focused on economic, political and social situation in the Middle East. In this study, the relationship was established between the causes of change in the Middle East, how the process works and the results that occur together with the change. Also, by the assumption of social media affects the course of events, the emergence of possible outcomes of the process in the future have been evaluated as depending on behavior of the actors and cyclical factors. Another objective of the study is to assess process oriented Turkish foreign policy. By including debate that raised for Turkey "model country", Turkish foreign policy towards the Arab spring, is emphasized ascompatible with the West, particularly the United States, but carrying its own unique features too. Qualitative research method was used in the study carried out by literature review.
