Öz
Günümüz öğretmenlerinden öğretme ve öğrenme sürecinde bilgi ve iletişim
teknolojilerini etkili olarak kullanabilmeleri beklenmektedir. Öğretmenlerin
sınıflarında teknolojiyi etkili biçimde kullanabilmeleri için bazı niteliklere sahip
olmaları gereklidir. Ancak bu nitelikler tek başına yeterli değildir. Öğretme ve
öğrenme sürecinde teknolojinin avantajlarından yararlanılmasında öğretmenlerin
teknolojiyi benimsemeleri ve kabullenmeleri önemli etkiye sahiptir. Ulusal literatürde
yapılan çalışmalar incelendiğinde öğretmenlerin eğitimde teknoloji kullanımının,
üzerinde önemle durulan bir araştırma konusu olduğu söylenebilir. Ancak
öğretmenlerin teknoloji kabullerini belirlemeye yönelik yeterli çalışmanın yapılmadığı
görülmektedir. Bu çalışmayla ilkokul ve ortaokullarda görev yapan öğretmenlerin
teknoloji kabullerinin belirlenmesi ve cinsiyet, yaş, öğrenim durumu, görev yapılan
kurum, görev yapılan kademe, öğretmenlik deneyimi ve branşa göre değişim gösterip
göstermediğinin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Tarama yönteminde yürütülen
araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 186 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı
olarak “Öğretmenler için Teknoloji Kabul Ölçeği” kullanılmış ve veriler çevrim-içi
ortamda toplanılmıştır. Verilerin normal dağılım göstermediği tespit edildiğinden,
verilerin analizinde parametrik olmayan testlerden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma
sonucuna göre öğretmenlerin teknoloji kabulü orta düzeydedir. Erkek öğretmenlerin
teknoloji kabullerinin kadın öğretmenlere göre ve bilişim teknolojileri öğretmenlerinin
teknoloji kabullerinin diğer branş öğretmenlerine (fen bilimleri, sınıf öğretmeni,
matematik, Türkçe, sosyal bilgiler, diğer) göre daha yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
Ayrıca öğretmenlerin teknoloji kabullerinin yaşa, öğrenim durumuna, görev yapılan
kuruma, görev yapılan kademeye ve öğretmenlik deneyimine göre farklılaşmadığı
belirlenmiştir.

Abstract
Today's teachers are expected to use information and communication technologies
effectively in teaching and learning process. Teachers need to have some
competencies to use technology effectively in their classrooms but alone is not
enough. Teachers' adoption and technology acceptance has a significant impact on
the advantages of technology in teaching and learning process. When the studies in
the national literature are examined, it can be said that teachers' use of technology in
education is an important subject of research. However, there is not enough study to
determine the acceptances of teachers. The aim of this study is to determine the
technology acceptance of the teachers who work in primary and secondary schools
and their change according to gender, age, educational status, school type, level of
school, seniority and branches. Research method is survey method and the study
group of the research is consisted of 186 teachers. Technology Acceptance Scale for
Teachers was used in the study and data were collected on-line. Nonparametric tests
were used in data analysis. According to the results of the research, the technology
acceptance of the teachers is medium. It was determined that male teachers'
technology acceptance was higher than female teachers and Information Technology
teachers have higher technology acceptances than other branch teachers (science,
class teacher, mathematics, Turkish, social studies, other). In addition, it was
determined that teachers' technology acceptance did not differ according to age,
educational status, school type, level of school and seniority.
