Okul yöneticilerine göre imam hatipli vizyonu

Abstract

Vizyon kavramı günümüzde sadece ekonomik faaliyetler güden örgütlerde değil; aynı zamanda bilim, sanat, sivil toplum kuruluşları ve özellikle eğitim sektöründeki kurumların da hayatta kalabilmeleri ve işlevlerini yerine getirebilmeleri için sıklıkla kullanılmaktadır. Diğer herhangi bir eğitim kurumunun vizyonunda olduğu gibi eğitim sistemimiz içerisinde yer alan en köklü kurumlarımızdan olan İmam Hatip Liselerinin de vizyonunda yetiştirmek istediği nitelikleri haiz insan profili önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Bu araştırmada İmam Hatip Liselerinin en önemli paydaşlarından birisi olan okul yöneticilerinin nasıl bir İmam Hatipli vizyonuna sahip olduklarının bilimsel olarak tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu çerçevede konu üzerine daha detaylı veri elde edebilmek için araştırma nitel araştırma modelinde yapılandırılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2018-2019 öğretim yılı itibariyle Malatya ili merkez ilçelerinde bulunan 12 İmam Hatip Lisesinde görev yapan toplam 29 okul yöneticisi oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada veriler araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formuyla elde edilmiş; bu veriler betimsel ve içerik analizine tabi tutulmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda katılımcı okul yöneticilerinin İmam Hatipli vizyonuna ilişkin bilişsel, ahlaki, siyasi/ideolojik, kültürel, mesleki ve inanç yapısı bakımından çeşitli özellikler atfettikleri tespit edilmiştir. Bu bakımdan okul yöneticilerinin İmam Hatipli vizyonuna yansıyan profil bilişsel yönden, kendini tanıyan, ifade eden, bilinçli, hedeflerinin farkında olan, sorgulayıp bilimsel düşünebilen, problemlere çözüm üretebilen, çağa ayak uydurabilen, yenilikçi, başarılı, topluma duyarlı ve lider özellikleri haizdir. İnanç yapısı olarak tevhit inancını yansıtan, inandığını yaşamında uygulayan, farklı görüşlere saygı gösteren niteliklere sahiptir. Ahlaki yönden, dürüst, yardımsever, saygılı, hoşgörülü, sevgi dolu, rol model olan, evrensel ahlak ilkelerinin farkında. milli ve manevi değerlerine bağlı, Kur'an ve peygamber ahlakını yansıtır. İdeolojik olarak vatanına, milletine, devletine, ümmetine bağlı bir görüşü savunur. Kültürel olarak sanatsal faaliyetlere katılım gösteren, okuyan, gezen, gözlem yapan niteliklere sahiptir. Mesleki yeterliliğe sahip, mesleğindeki gelişmelere açık, üreten ve mesleğini sorumlu bir şekilde yerine getiren örnek bir meslek erbabıdır. Nowadays, the concept of vision is not only used in organizations that carry out economic activities; but also it is often used to survive and fulfill its functions in science, the arts ,non govermental organizations , and especially in educational institutions. As in the vision of any other educational institution, the human profile which has the qualifications that Imam Hatip High Schools, one of the most established institutions in our education system, wants to train in its vision , occupies an important place. In this research, it is aimed to scientifically determine what kind of vision that the students of Imam Hatip High School have, according to the the opinions of school administrators, one of the most important stakeholders of Imam Hatip High Schools. In this context, the research was structured in qualitative research model in order to obtain more detailed data on the subject. The study group consisted of 29 school administrators working in 12 Imam Hatip High Schools in the central districts of Malatya province as of the 2018-2019 academic year. The data were obtained through a semi-structured interview form developed by the researcher and these data were subjected to descriptive and content analysis. As a result of the study, it was found that the school administrators attributed various characteristics regarding the vision of Imam Hatip High School Students in terms of cognitive, moral, political/ideological, cultural, professional and belief structure. In this respect, the profile reflected in the Imam Hatip students' vision of school administrators is cognitively self-recognizing, expressing, conscious, aware of its objectives, questioning and thinking scientifically, producing solutions to problems, adapting to the age, innovative, successful, sensitive to society and leading features. It reflects the belief in monotheism as a structure of faith, applies what it believes in life, and has qualities that respect different opinions. Morally, it is honest, helpful, respectful, tolerant, loving, role model, aware of universal moral principles, tied to national and spiritual values and it reflects the morality of the Qur'an and the prophet. Ideologically, it advocates an opinion that tied to its country, nation, state and ummah. Culturally it has the characteristics of a person participating in artistic activities, studying, observing and travelling. It is an examplary professional who is open to the development, has professional competence, produces, conducts its profession responsibly.
