Abstract:Many reports have been published on the presence of opticociliary venous shunt vessels in association with especially, optic nerve sheath meningiomas, optic nerve gliomas, arachnoid cysts of the optic nerve, optic nerve coloboma, santral retinal vein occlusion, drusen of the optic disk, chronic atrophic papilledema and even normal eyes. We describe a patient with pseudotumor cerebri with apparent unilateral opticociliary venous shunt vessels. Pseudotumor cerebri can cause, macular star, sub-retinal neovascularization, subretinal and preretinal hemorrhage, choroidal folds in the posterior segment. We are presenting unilateral opticociliary shunt vessels with choroidal folds and visual field changes after treatment.
