Öz:Familyal disotonomi (Riley-Day sendromu), insidansı Doğu Avrupadaki musevi popiilasyon arasında yüksek olan, otozomal resesif geçiş gösteren bir hastalıktır. Klinik belirtileri otonomik ve periferik duyu sinir sistemindeki bozukluğa bağlı olarak ortaya çıkar. Erken bulguları: değişken vücut sıcaklığı ve kan basıncı, hipotoni, beslenme güçlüğü, gelişme geriliği, göz yaşı salgısının olmaması ve korneal hipoestezidir. Bu yazımızda Riley-Day sendromlu bir olguyu sunuyoruz.
Abstract:Familial dysautonomia is inherited as an autosomal recessive trait and occurs almost exclusively among Jews of Eastern European ancestry (Ashkenazi). Clinical manifestations of familial dysautonomia are caused by deficits in autonomic homeostatic function and perception of peripheral pain and temperature. Prominent early manifestations include labile body temperature and blood pressure, hypotonia, feeding difficulties, delayed developmental milestones, absence of tears and corneal hypoesthesia. We are presenting a case of Riley-Day syndrome.
