| dc.description.abstract | Öz:Koledok taşlarının tanısında kullanılan parametreleri değerlendirmek amacıyla son 4 yılda kolesistektomi planlanarak preoperatif endoskopik retrograd kolanjiopankreatografi (ERCP) uygulanan koledok taşı şüpheli hastaları değerlendirdik. Koledok taşı düşünülerek ERCP yapılan toplam 84 hastadan 53'ünde koledok taşı bulunurken, ERCP öncesi koledok taşı tanısında başvurduğumuz yöntemlerden en duyarlı olanı alkalen fosfataz yükselmesi, en özgün olanı ise ultrasonografide karaciğer içi safra yollarının geniş bulunması olarak tespit edildi. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract:We present a four year review of patients with suspected gallstones, in whom endoscopic retrogade cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) was performed prior to cholecystectomy. ERCP was performed on 84 patients with a provisional diagnosis of gallstones but stones were found in only 53 of these patients. The most sensitive diagnostic screening method was found to be alkaline phosphatase while the most spesific was screening of intrahepatic bile duct dilation with ultrasound. | en_US |
