Öz:Elektrik, üretim santrallerinde üretildikten sonra iletim hatları ile tüketicilere ulaştırılır. İletim hatları bu yönü ile üretim ve dağıtım sistemini birleştiren güç teçhizatıdır. İletim hatlarının durumu, enerjinin sürekliliğinin sağlanması açısından oldukça önemlidir. İletim hatlarında bir arıza oluştuğunda, arızanın türünün ve yerinin belirlenip en kısa sürede güç sisteminden izole edilmesi gerekir. İletim hatlarında arızanın yerinin ve türünün belirlenmesi ile arızanın en hızlı şekilde bakım veya onarımı yapılarak, enerjinin sürekliliği sağlanmış olur. Güç sistemlerinde iletim hatlarının korunması çeşitli koruma röleleri ile yapılır. Ülkemizde iletim sistemlerinin korunmasında genelde mesafe koruma ve aşırı akım röleleri kullanılır. Bu çalışmada, mesafe koruma rölesi tasarımı yapılarak, 154 kV bir iletim sisteminin mesafe koruma koordinasyonu benzetimi yapılmıştır. Güç sisteminin modellenmesi ve mesafe röle tasarımı/koordinasyonu analizinde DigSilent güç sistemleri analiz programı kullanılmıştır. Sonrasında, güç sistemi modelinde oluşturulan farklı arıza senaryolarına karşı tasarlanan mesafe koruma rölelerinin tepkisi analiz edilmiştir.
Öz:Electricity is produced in production plants and delivered to consumers through transmission lines. Hence, transmission lines are the power equipment that combines the production and distribution system. The state of the transmission lines is very important in terms of the continuity of the energy. When a fault occurs in the transmission lines, the type and location of the fault must be determined and bypassed from the power system as soon as possible. By determining the fault in the transmission lines, it can be possible to service or repair the fault in the fastest way. Thus, the continuity of the energy is ensured. The protection of transmission lines in power systems is provided by various protection relays. In our country, distance protection relays are generally used to protect transmission systems. In this study, distance protection relay is designed and used to simulate distance protection coordination of a 154 kV transmission system. Power system analysis and distance relay design / coordination analysis were conducted using the DigSilent power systems analysis software. The response of the distance protection relays, designed according to different fault scenarios created in the power system model, is analyzed.
