567 numaralı Karaferye Şer'iye Sicilinintranskripsiyonu ve değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Tezimize konu olan Karaferye, bugün Yunanistan sınırları içinde yer alan ve Imathia ilinin merkezi olan yerleşim yeridir. İncelediğimiz 567 Numaralı sicil kayıtları H.1207-1209 / M. 1792-1795 yılları arasını kapsamakta ve 191 kayıt bulunmaktadır. Bu kayıtlardaki belgelerin büyük kısmını vergiler ile ilgilidir. Ayrıca; asayiş, narh kayıtları, miras, gıda temini, vakıf kayıtları gibi muhtelif kayıtları ihtiva eden belgeler de bulunmaktadır. Tezimiz değerlendirme ve transkripsiyon olmak üzere iki kısımdan müteşekkildir. Değerlendirme kısmı giriş ve dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Diğer taraftan metnin transkripsiyonu da ilave edilmiştir. Girişte kısaca Karaferye'nin Osmanlı hâkimiyetine girişinden 1790'lı yıllara kadar tarihi genel cümlelerle ifade edildi. Birinci bölümde, Osmanlı'da mahkeme görevlilerini ve bu görevlilerin yetki ve sorumlulukları hakkında kısaca bilgi verildi. İkinci bölümde siciller hakkında bilgiler verip, sicillerde yer alan belge türleri ve 567 numaralı sicilin özellikleri tanıtıldı. Üçüncü bölümde belgeler konularına göre tasnif edilip, özetleri sunuldu. Dördüncü bölümde sicilde yer alan belgelerin değerlendirmesi yapıldı. Beşinci bölümde sicilin transkripsiyonu verildi. The subject of our thesis is Karaferye, the settlement that is located within the borders of Greece today and is the center of the province of Imathia.We have examined the registry records, numbered 567 which covers the period between H 1207-1209 / AD 1792-1795 and there are 191 provisions in it. Most of these provisions are tax-related records. There are also documents containing various records such as public order, narh records, inheritance, food supply and foundation records. Our thesis consists of two parts; evaluation and transcription.The evaluation part consists of introduction and four parts. Transcription of the text has also been added. In the introduction part, the history of Karaferye from the beginning of the Ottoman rule to the 1790s was briefly expressed in general sentences. In the first part, brief information was given about the court officials and their powers and responsibilities in the Ottoman Empire. In these condpart, information about registries was given, document types in registries and features of registry numbered 567 were introduced. In the third part, documents were classified according to their subjects and their abstracts were presented.In the fourth part, the documents in the registry were evaluated.In the fifth part, the transcription of the registry was given.
