Öz:İçme suyu dağıtım sistemlerinde sayaç hataları ve kaçak kullanım gibi bileşenlerden oluşan idari kayıplar kurumlar içindoğrudan gelir kaybı olarak ifade edilmektedir. Özellikle yasal konut abonelerinin sayaçlarında meydana gelen arızalar, eksikokuma veya hiç okumama gibi sonuçlar ortaya çıkarmakta bu da gelir getirmeyen su oranını arttırmaktadır. Su ve Kanalİdareleri sayaçlardan kaynaklanan gelir getirmeyen su oranının azaltılması için 10 yaşını doldurmuş sayaçları değiştirme yolunuizlemektedir. Bu sayaçlar değiştirilirken hatalı olanların belirlenip değiştirilmesi yerine aylık ya da yıllık hedeflenen belli sayıdarastgele değiştirme politikası uygulanmaktadır. İzlenen bu yol hatalı sayaç oranının az, tüketimin fazla olduğu bölgelerdeekonomik olmayan sonuçlar doğurabilmektedir. Özellikle ilk yatırım maliyetinin ve su kayıp oranının azaltılması için belli birsistematiğe bağlı olarak sayaç rehabilitasyonunun gerçekleştirilmesi büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu nedenle bu çalışmada, içmesuyu dağıtım sistemlerinde yasal kayıtlı konut türü sayaçlar için optimum değiştirme süresinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır.Bunun için Malatya İli uygulama alanı olarak seçilmiş ve 20 bölgede yer alan sayaçların ilk yatırım maliyetleri, arıza oranı,tüketim özellikleri gibi unsurlar dikkate alınarak ekonomik analiz gerçekleştirilmiş ve bölgeler için optimum değiştirme sürelerihesaplanmıştır.
Öz:Apparent losses occurring from components such as water meter errors and illegal use in water distribution systems are expressed as direct loss of income for the Water Administrations. Especially, faults that occur in the water meters of authorized customers result in incomplete reading or no reading thus increase the non-revenue water ratio. The Water Authorities are following the way to replace the meters to fill 10 years of age in order to reduce the non-revenue water rate caused by the water meters. When these water meters are changed, instead of determining and changing the faulty ones, a certain number of monthly or yearly targeted random replacement policies are applied. This way could lead to uneconomical results in regions where the ratio of faulty meters is low and consumption is high. Especially, in order to reduce the initial investment cost and the water loss rate, it is very important to realize meter replacement depending on a certain system. For this reason, in this study, it is aimed to determine the optimum replacement period for the authorized residential type water meters in water distribution systems. For this, Malatya province is selected as study area. The economic analysis is carried out considering the factors such as the initial investment costs, failure rates of the water meters and consumption characteristics of the customers and the most suitable replacement periods for the regions are calculated. 30000-0002-8010-9289
