"Evrensel" ve "geleneksel" kavramları çerçevesinde P. İ. Tchaıkovsky'nin senfonik uvertürü "Romeo ve Juliet" ile G. Garayev'in senfonik şiiri "Leyli ve Mecnun" eserlerinin yapısal açıdan incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, evrensel ve geleneksel kavramların içeriği ile ilintili olarak iki farklı kültüre ve döneme ait olan iki farklı eser ele alınmıştır. Bu bağlamda, eserlerin yapısal özellikleri ile birlikte, evrensel ve geleneksel unsurların eserlerin üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir. Çalışmada, betimsel (survey) ve tarihsel araştırma yöntemlerine başvurulmuştur. Aynı zamanda, adı geçen yapıtları ve iki bestecisinin müziksel üsluplarını incelerken, bunların oluşmasında kendi kültürünün dışında başka kültür ve geleneğin rolü ve önemi araştırılmıştır. Ortaya çıkan kültürel etkileşim, bir kavram ve bir pratik olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgular sonucunda, söz konusu eserlerin çözümlenmesine ilişkin mevcut durum ortaya konularak genel bir değerlendirmeye de varılmıştır.

In this study, two different pieces, which belong to two different cultures and two different periods, were studied in terms of the contents of the concepts universal and traditional. In this context, as well as the constructional features of the pieces, the effects of universal and traditional elements on the pieces were analyzed. In the study, Descriptive Survey and Historical Survey methods were used. Concurrently, while studying on the mentioned pieces and the musical styles of the two composers, the role and the significance of other cultures and traditions, except for their own culture, were studied. The generated cultural interaction was evaluated as a concept and a practice. In consequence of the obtained findings, a general evaluation was made by introducing the present condition for analyzing the mentioned pieces.
