Bu araştırma; yoğun bakım hemşirelerinin bilinci kapalı hastayla iletişimetkileşim
konusundaki yaklaşımlarının saptanması amacıyla tanımlayıcı olarak
yapılmıştır.
Bu çalışma; Kahramanmaraş Necip Fazıl Şehir Hastanesi yoğun bakım
ünitelerinde yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın verileri Eylül 2013 - Kasım 2013 tarihleri
arasında toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini yoğun bakım ünitelerinde çalışan ve
araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 18 yaş üzeri 148 hemşire oluşturmuştur.
Araştırmada veriler, anket yöntemi kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Veri toplama formunda
toplam 27 soru yer almaktadır.
Elde edilen veriler SPSS 17.0 (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences)
paket programı kullanılarak sıklık ve yüzdelik sayılar değerlendirilmiştir.
Araştırmada; hemşirelerin % 60.1’i yoğun bakıma başlamadan önce veya sonrasında
yoğun bakım hemşireliği eğitimi aldığı ve % 50’sinin ise yoğun bakım hastasıyla
iletişim hakkında eğitim aldığı belirlenmiştir. İletişim güçlüğünün en sık nedenleri
olarak hastanın tepkisiz olması (% 49,3) ve hasta işitme yetisini kaybetmiş olabilir
düşüncesi (% 45,3) bulguları ortaya çıkmıştır.
Araştırmanın sonucunda; bilinci kapalı hastayla iletişim kurmayı görevi
olarak benimseyen hemşire oranı %63,5 olmasına rağmen sadece hemşirelerin
%43,2’sinin iletişimi kurarken istekli olduğu görülmüştür. Çalışan memnuniyeti
artırılmalı, motive edilmeli (%72,3) bulgusu saptanmıştır.
This study of intensive care nurses in the unconscious patient
communication-interactions in order to determine the approach is a descriptive study.
This study Kahramanmaraş Necip Fazıl City Hospital was conducted in
intensive care units. Research data September 2013 - November 2013 were collected
between. The research sample working in the intensive care unit over 18 years who
agreed to participate in the research consisted of 148 nurses. In the study, data were
collected using a questionnaire method. Data collection form is located a total of 27
questions.
The obtained data were evaluated using the frequency and percentage
numbers. In the research the research nurses who agreed to participate in 60.1%
before, or after intensive care, where he studied in the intensive care nursing and
50% had received training about the communication with intensive care unit patients
were identified. The most common causes of communication difficulties the patient
is unresponsive (49.3%) and the patient may have lost the idea of hearing (45.3%)
findings have emerged.
As a result of this research, the unconscious patient to communicate with the
task of adopting the nurse ratio of 63.5%, although only 43.2% of nurses' tray when
installing the communication has been shown to be willing. Employee satisfaction
should be increased, should be motivated (72.3%) findings were identified.
