dc.description.abstract In this study, apricot kernel oil was extracted from die kernel of apricot fruits and its physico chemical properties were studied. In addition apricot kernel oil was reacted with stearic and palmitic acid in hexane in the presence immobilized porcine pancreatic lipase to give products enriched with these fatty acids. © 1994 Informa UK Ltd All rights reserved: reproduction in whole or part not permitted.
