The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of employee empowerment on organizational commitment. 139 employees at Diyarbakir Provincial Directorate of Environment and Urbanization were included in the research sample. In the first part of the study, the conceptual framework related to the perceptions of organizational commitment, in the second section, the conceptual framework related to employee empowerment and in the third section application part was presented so as to determine the relationship between these two concepts. As data collection method, a survey consisting of such three sections as demographic characteristics, organizational commitment scale and employee empowerment was utilized. The collected data were evaluated by statistical analysis method.
Bu çalışmanın amacı, çalışanların personel güçlendirme algılarının örgütsel bağlılıkları üzerindeki etkisini incelemektir. Araştırmanın örneklemi Diyarbakır Çevre ve Şehircilik İl Müdürlüğü’nde çalışan 139 personelden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde örgütsel bağlılık ile ilgili kavramsal çerçeveye, ikinci bölümde personel güçlendirme ile ilgili kavramsal çerçeveye ve üçüncü bölümde ise bu iki kavram arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek üzere uygulama kısmına yer verilmiştir. Veri toplama yöntemi olarak demografik özellikler, örgütsel bağlılık ve personel güçlendirme ölçeği olmak üzere üç bölümden oluşan anket kullanılmıştır. Toplanan veriler istatistiksel analiz yöntemiyle değerlendirmeye tabi tutulmuştur.
