Pulmoner sekestrasyonda helikal BT anjiografi olgu sunumu

Abstract

Pulmoner sekestrasyon (PS)’un tanısı ve preoperatif değerlendirilmesi; akciğerin bir bölümünü besleyen anormal arterin anjiyografi ile gösterilmesine dayanır. Kesin tanısı için anjiyografi yapılırken bazı olgularda helikal BT anjiyografi anormal arteri gösterebilir. Biz, literatürde nadir bulunan, anormal kanlanmanın gösterilmesinde helikal BT anjiyografinin kullanıldığı bir PS olgusu sunuyoruz.

The diagnosis and preoperative evaluation of pulmonary sequestration rest on the demonstration of the supplying aberrant artery. Although, the definitive diagnosis classically was made by angiography, helical CT angiography has been used to demonstrate the anomalous blood supply in some cases. We present a case of pulmonary sequestration diagnosed with helical CT angiography and discuss other techniques capable of depicting vessels have been used to evaluate sequestration.
