dc.description.abstract The title compound, C14H19N3, was synthesized from benzimidazole and N-(2-chloroethyl) piperidine hydrochloride in KOH/EtOH solution. The benzimidazole ring is connected to the piperidine ring by an ethylene group. The piperidine ring displays a chair conformation.
