Bu araştırma, bağlamada Silifke tavrının öğretimine yönelik hazırlanan alıştırmaların, müzik öğretmenliği lisans programı bağlama öğrencilerinin Silifke tavrını ve Silifke türkülerini seslendirme düzeyleri üzerindeki etkisini incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda araştırmada deneysel desenlerden "Tek Grup Ön Test-Son Test Desen" kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2016-2017 eğitim öğretim yılı bahar döneminde Atatürk Üniversitesi Kazım Karabekir Eğitim Fakültesi Güzel Sanatlar Eğitimi Bölümü Müzik Öğretmenliği Programı'nda öğrenim gören ve ana çalgısı bağlama olan 11 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak ilgili alan yazın incelenerek ve uzman görüşleri alınarak araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan, öğrencilerin demografik özellikleriyle ilgili bilgileri elde etmeye yönelik "Genel Bilgi Formu" ve deneysel sürecin etkilerini ölçmeye yönelik "Tamamen Doğru Seslendirme" (4 puan), "Büyük Ölçüde Doğru Seslendirme" (3 puan), "Yarı Yarıya Doğru Seslendirme" (2 puan), "Çok Az Doğru Seslendirme" (1 puan) ve "Tamamen Yanlış Seslendirme" (0 puan) olarak derecelendirilen "Silifke Tavrını Seslendirmeye Yönelik Performans Derecelendirme Formu" ve "Silifke Türkülerini Seslendirmeye Yönelik Performans Derecelendirme Formu" kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde yüzde ve frekans analizinin yanı sıra, çalışma grubu ön test ve son test sonuçları arasında anlamlı bir fark olup olmadığını belirlemek amacıyla parametrik olmayan testlerden Wilcoxon İşaretli Sıralar Testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın deney sürecinde çalışma grubundaki öğrencilere uygulama öncesi ön test olarak "Silifke Tavrını Seslendirmeye Yönelik Performans Derecelendirme Formu" ve "Silifke Türkülerini Seslendirmeye Yönelik Performans Derecelendirme Formu" uygulanmış, 10 haftalık deney programı sonrasında son test olarak "Silifke Tavrını Seslendirmeye Yönelik Performans Derecelendirme Formu" ve "Silifke Türkülerini Seslendirmeye Yönelik Performans Derecelendirme Formu" tekrar uygulanmıştır. Araştırma bulgularında çalışma grubunun Silifke tavrını seslendirme düzeyi ve Silifke türkülerini seslendirme düzeyine ilişkin son test aritmetik ortalama değerlerinin ön test aritmetik ortalama değerlerinden daha yüksek olduğu ve son test puanındaki bu artışların istatistiksel olarak son test lehine anlamlı bir farklılık oluşturduğu görülmüştür. Bu sonuçlar hazırlanan 10 haftalık alıştırma programının öğrencilerin Silifke tavrını seslendirme düzeyleri ve Silifke türkülerini seslendirme düzeyleri üzerinde etkili olduğunu göstermiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara dayalı olarak hazırlanan alıştırma programının, bağlama eğitiminde Silifke tavrının öğretiminde kullanılması önerilebilir. This research was carried out to examine the effects of exercises prepared to teach regional picking style of Silifke on undergraduate students' performance levels of particular picking style and folk songs of Silifke region. To this aim "One Group Pre-Test-Post-Test Model" was used as the experimental design. The study group was composed of 11 students who were trained in bağlama as their main instrument at Atatürk University, Kazim Karabekir Faculty of education, department of fine arts, music teaching programme during the spring semester of 2016-2017 academic year. A "Form of General Information" was prepared by the researcher to obtain the data about the demographic characteristics of the students, and to measure the effects of the experimental process, "Performance Rating Scale For Picking Style of Silifke Region" and "Performance Rating Scale For Folk Songs of Silifke Region" was used with items rated as "Fully Correct Performance" (4 points), "Mostly Correct Performance" (3 points),"Semi-Correct Performance "(2 points), "Very Bad Performance" " (1 point) and "False Performance" (0 point) . In the analysis of the data frequencey and percentile analysis were performed, and the Wilcoxon Signed-Ranks Test was also used as the nonparametric test to determine whether there was a significant difference between the study group's pre-test and post-test scores. During the experimental phase of the study, students in the study group were applied "Performance Rating Scale For Picking Style of Silifke Region" and "Performance Rating Scale for Folk Songs of Silifke Region" as a pre-test and post-test , respectively. After a 10 week experimental program, "Performance Rating Scale For Picking Style of Silifke Region" and "Performance Rating Scale for Folk Songs of Silifke Region" were applied again. It was seen that study group's mean post-test scores related to Silifke style picking performance and their performance of folk songs from Silifke region were higher than that of pre-test and the increase in post-test scores was statistically significant in favor of the post-test. These results show that the prepared 10 week exercise program was effective on students' performance levels in terms of performing the regional picking style of Silifke and playing folk songs of Silifke region. Based on the results obtained, it may be suggested that the use of this 10 week exercise program in bağlama instruction may be of great benefit to teach the regional picking style of Silifke and to improve the students' performance of folks songs from that region.
