Farklı trombosit konsantrelerinin palatal yara iyileşmesi üzerindeki etkilerinin karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, AFG ve i-PRF'nin palatal bölgedeki yara iyileşmesi ve postoperatif rahatsızlıklar üzerindeki etkilerini karşılaştırmaktır. Materyal ve Metot: Bu çalışmada, SDG ihtiyacı olan 36 hasta üç gruba ayrıldı. Palatal donör bölgelere AFG (n=12) veya i-PRF (n=12) uygulanarak, kontrol grubuyla (n=12) karşılaştırıldı. 3, 7, 14. gün ve 1. aydaki kontrollerde H2O2 testi, VAS, MMS skalası ve LTH indeksi ile yara iyileşmesi değerlendirildi. Kanama 3. ve 7. günlerde değerlendirildi. Palatal doku kalınlığı başlangıç, 1.ay ve 3. ayda ölçüldü. Bulgular: Epitelizasyon 14. günde test gruplarında kontrol grubuna göre yüksekti(p<0.05). 3. ve 7. günlerdeki MMS skorları, kontrol grubunda test gruplarından yüksek bulundu(p<0.05). 14. gün ve 1. aydaki MMS skorları, AFG grubunda kontrol ve i-PRF grubuna göre düşüktü(p<0.05). AFG grubunun 3, 7, 14.gün ve 1. ayda LTH düzeyi, kontrol ve i-PRF grubundan yüksekti(p<0.05). AFG grubunun operasyon sonrası 7.gün VAS skorları, kontrol ve i-PRF gruplarına göre düşüktü(p<0.05). 3. gündeki Palpasyonda kanama, test gruplarında kontrol grubuna göre düşüktü(p<0.05). Doku kalınlığı açısından gruplar arasında istatiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık görülmedi(p>0.05). Sonuç: AFG ve i-PRF yara iyileşmesini hızlandırarak ve postoperatif morbiditeyi azaltarak iyileşmesi sürecinde olumlu etkilere sahiptir. Bu çalışmanın sınırlamaları dahilinde AFG yara iyileşmesinde, i-PRF'ye göre daha üstün özellikler göstermektedir.

Aim: The aim of this study was to compare the effects of AFG and i-PRF on palatal wound healing and postoperative discomfort. Material and Method: In this study, 36 patients in need of FGG were divided into three groups. AFG (n=12) or i-PRF (n=12) was applied to donor sites and compared to control group (n=12). Wound healing with H2O2 test, VAS, MMS scale and LTH index were evaluated on the 3rd, 7th, 14th day and 1st month. The bleeding status was evaluated on 3rd and 7th days. Palatal tissue thickness was measured at baseline, 1st month and 3rd month. Results: Epithelialization was higher in the test groups on the 14th day than the control group(p<0.05). MMS scores at 3rd and 7th days were higher in the control group than in the test groups(p<0.05). MMS scores at 14 days and 1 month were lower in the AFG group compared to the control and the i-PRF group(p<0.05). In the AFG group, LTH levels at 3rd, 7th, 14th days and 1 months were higher than control and i-PRF groups(p<0.05). VAS scores of the AFG group were lower than the control and i-PRF groups at the 7th postoperative day(p<0.05). Bleeding was lower in the test groups than in the control group(p<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference between the groups in terms of tissue thickness(p>0.05). Conclusion: AFG and i-PRF have positive effects on the healing process by accelerating wound healing and reducing postoperative morbidity. Within the limitations of this study, AFG has superior properties in wound healing compared to i-PRF.
