Türk halk müziği usûllerine yönelik yapılmış çalışmaların değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Usûl, Türk müziğinde sadece zamansal organizasyonu idare eden bir unsur olmakla kalmamış, seslerin yazıya dökülemediği dönemlerde meşk sisteminde öğreticilik konusunda önemli bir araç olarak görev almıştır. Cumhuriyetin hemen ardından Türk müziğinin ana kollarından biri olan Türk Halk Müziğine yönelik çalışmalarda derleme süreciyle birlikte başlamıştır. Bu durum neticesinde notaya alınan eserlerin usûl açısından da bir tasnife ihtiyaç duyması ve bu bağlamda da THM için de bir usûl nazariyatı oluşturulması zaruri bir hal almaya başlamıştır. Bu araştırmada THM usûllerine yönelik yapılmış/ulaşılabilen çalışmalarda, araştırmacıların yaklaşımları tespit edilerek bu yaklaşımlardaki ortak ve farklı noktaların ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Bu doğrultuda araştırmada tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sürecinde ilk olarak Türk müziğindeki usûl geleneğini idrak etmek için Edvarlardaki usûl tanımlamalarından günümüz yaklaşımlarına kadar dönemsel olarak yer verilmiş ve buradan bağlantılı olarak THM usûllerine yönelik yapılmış/ulaşılabilen makale, bildiri, kitap, tez vb. 27 bilimsel çalışma incelenmiştir. Bu 27 adet çalışma araştırmanın evrenini oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmalarda araştırmacıların THM usûllerine yönelik vermiş oldukları kuramsal ve kavramsal çerçeveler ve usûl tasnifleri birebir verilmiştir. Daha sonra araştırmacıların yapmış oldukları çalışmalarda gerek usûl tasnifleri açısından gerekse izledikleri ve kullandıkları kuramsal ve kavramsal çerçeveler bakımından ortak bir görüşe sahip olamadıkları ve bugün dahi THM usûllerine yönelik ortak bir nazariyatın olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Bu bağlamda THM usûllerine yönelik, bilhassa konuda uzman akademisyenler tarafından, nazarî olarak ve buna bağlı bir biçimde icrasal anlamda bir ortak lisanın oluşturulması ve bu kanının kimi kaygılardan uzak bir biçimde, ulusal ölçekte kabul görerek sonraki kuşaklara sağlam temeller üzerinde THM usûl nazariyatının aktarılması önerilmiştir. Tempo (usûl) didn't only become a factor which administered temporal organization in Türkish Music but also ıt took duty as important means in the subject of teaching in the system of exercise (meşk) in the periods that the sounds couldn't be expressed with by writing. Immidiately after the establishment of Republic, the theory of tempo (usûl) started to be formed in Turkish Folk Music with the beginning of the studies oriented to Turkish Folk Music being one of main braches of Turkish Music. That being revealed of common and different points in these approaches by being dteremined of the approaches of researchers in the Studies which were accessible oriented to the tempos of Turkish Folk Music was aimed in this research. The model of scanning was used in this direction. The place was given until the approaeches of our period from the identifications of tempo in the Circles (edvarlar) in a periodical way in order to understand the tradition of tempo in Turkish Music as the first in the process of research and 27 scientific studies such as articles, notices, boks and thesis which was written/accessible oriented to the tempos of Turkish Folk Music as related from here were examined. These 27 studies from the universe of the researsch. The theoretical and conceptional frames and the classifications of tempo which the researchers gave as oriented to the tempos of Turksih Folk Music in these Studies were given one to one. That the researchers couldn't have a common idea from the aspect of the theoretical and conceptional frames and which they used and followed and from the aspect of the classifications of tempo in the studies which the researchers did later and that there isn't any common theory oriented to the tempos of Turksih Folk Music even today were determined. In this context that especially being formed of a common language in the meaning related to the performance in a from related to this in a theoretical way by the expert academicians in the subject oriented to the tempos of Turkish Folk Music and being transferred of the theory tempo of Turkish Folk Music on the robust basis to the next generations by being accepted of this idea the national scale in a from being far from some anxieties, were suggested.
