Gabrıel Marcel'de insan ve somutluk

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Gabriel Marcel felsefesinde insanın yeri ve önemi ve bu bağlamda somutluk kavramının ne anlama geldiği incelenmiştir. Modern Dönem ile birlikte bilim ve teknik alanındaki gelişmeler bir yandan insan yaşamını kolaylaştırıcı bir rol üstlenirken diğer yandan da insanı merkezi konumundan uzaklaştırmatehlikesini beraberinde getirmektedir. Başka bir deyişle insan, özne gibi görünmekle birlikte gerçekte nesneleşmeye doğru yol almaktadır. Bu tehlikenin farkında olan varoluşçu düşünürler halkasından olan Marcel insanın bu trajik varoluş durumunu kendi terminolojik özgünlüğü içerisinde ele almakta ve onu kendi bütünlüğü içerisinde anlamlandırmaya çalışmaktadır. Marcel'e göre insan kendi varlığını sorgulamayı unutmuş ve kendisine yabancılaşmıştır.İnsan bu çağda sahip olduğu ve ürettiği şeylerin esiri olmuş, sahibi olduğu şeylere kontrolsüz bir arzu ile bağlanmıştır. Marcel insanın yaşam pratiğinden yola çıkarak her türlü soyutlamanın ve kavramsal düşüncenin karşısına varoluşun somutluğu koymuştur. Şunu vurgulamak gerekir ki Marcel, yaşam ve deneyimi geleneksel anlamından soyutlayarak yepyeni bir kavramsal içerik ile kullanmaktadır. Bütün bu kavramların hayata geçirilmesi kaçınılmaz olarak özneler arası bir ilişkiyi gerektirir.İşte Marcel'in somutluk kavramı özneler arası ilişkilerin hangi temeller üzerine inşa edilebileceğini göstermektedir. In this work we investigated the place and importance of man in the philosophy of Gabriel Marcel, and in this context, what the concept of concreteness means. The developments in science and technology together with the modern era on the one hand seem to undertake a role that facilitates human life; on the other hand, it brings the danger of decentralising the human being. In other words, people seem to be the subject but in reality they become to be an object. As a member of the existential thinkers who are aware of this danger, Marcel discusses this tragic existence of man in the context in his specific philosophical terminology and tries to make it meaningful in his harmony. According to Marcel human being has forgotten to question his being and he has become alienated to himself. Among the events of the ages, man has been captivated by his possesions and is stuck on them with an uncontrolled desire. Marcel set out on the basis of man's life practice and puts the concreteness of existence against all kinds of abstraction and conceptual content, abstaining from the traditional sense of life and experience since he puts a new meaning to them. All these concepts realization inevitably needs an intersubjects relationship. And the concreteness concept of Marcel shows us on which basis this intersubjects relationships should be built.
