Seminerine katılan 38’si erkek 15’i kadın toplam 53 hokey hakemiyle yapılmıştır.
İkili grupların karşılaştırmasında t-testi, çoklu grupların karşılaştırmasında One Way Anova
testleri yapılmıştır. Hokey hakemlerinin, cinsiyetleri, medeni durumları, yaş durumları, hakemlik dışı mesleği ve
gelir durumları göz önüne alındığında iş doyumu seviyeleri ve mesleki tükenmişlik düzeyleri bakımından
istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bir fark bulunamamıştır (p>0,05). Ancak eğitim seviyesi açısından iş doyumu
seviyelerinde istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı farklılık bulunmuştur (p<0,05). Buna ek olarak hakemlik yaşı ve
hakemlik klasmanı değişkenleri açısından mesleki tükenmişlik düzeylerinde istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı farklılık
bulunmuştur (p<0,05). Tükenmişlik duygusunun olumsuz etkilerini azaltmak için hokey hakemlerini tükenmişlik
duygusuna yönelten mesleki ve sosyal faktörleri ortadan kaldıracak tedbirlere başvurulması gerektiği
düşünülmektedir.

ABSTRACT
The main purpose of this study is to examine the levels of job satisfaction and occupational burnout of
hockey referees in terms of various variables. The research was conducted with a total of 53 hockey referees, 38
male and 15 female, participating in the Hockey Coach and Referee Development Seminar held in AntalyaAlanya.
Personal information form, Maslach Burnout Inventory (1981) and Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale
(1988) were used as data collection tools in the survey. The data obtained from the scales were summarized by
statistical methods such as mean, percent, standard deviation. One-Way Anova tests were performed for
comparison of multiple groups. As a result of the research, there was no statistically significant difference
between the levels of job satisfaction and occupational burnout when gender, marital status, age status, nonarbitrary
profession and income status of hockey referees were taken into account (p> 0,05). However,
statistically significant differences were found in job satisfaction levels in terms of education level (p <0.05). In
addition, statistically significant differences were found in occupational burnout levels in terms of arbitrator age
and referee classification variables (p <0.05). In order to reduce the negative effects of burnout feelings it is
considered necessary to resort to measures that will remove the professional and social factors leading to the
person's sense of burnout.
