Atölye tipi üretim yapan kobi’lerde ergonomi: mobilya ve tamir bakım atölyeleri örneği

Abstract

Ergonomi, çalışma ortamının ya da yaşanan çevrenin insanlarla uyumlu hale getirilmesi ile yapılan işlerin daha etkin ve verimli bir şekilde gerçekleştirilmesini amaçlamaktadır. Bu nedenle ergonomi, her alanda olduğu gibi imalat işletmeleri açısından da son derece önemli bir yere sahiptir. Çalışma ortamının çalışanlar üzerindeki olumsuz etkilerini azaltma, üretim kalitesini ve çalışanların verimliliğini artırma, iş sağlığı ve güvenliğini sağlama gibi amaçlarla iş yerinde yapılacak olan ergonomik düzenlemeler, verimlilik ve maliyet avantajı ile birlikte rekabet gücünün artırılmasına da katkı sağlayabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, atölye tipi üretim yapan işletmelerde ergonomik açıdan yaşanan sorunların değerlendirilmesine yönelik nitel bir araştırma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu amaçla oluşturulan kontrol listesi çerçevesinde bir mobilya ve bir tamir bakım atölyesinde örnek olay çalışması yapılmıştır. İşletmelerde yapılan mevcut durum analiziyle birlikte, kontrol listesinde yer alan bütün maddelere yönelik değerlendirmelerde bulunulmuştur. Yapılan incelemeler ve değerlendirmeler neticesinde, başta işyeri düzeni olmak üzere aydınlatma, iklimlendirme ve kullanılan malzemeler ile ilgili önemli sorunlar olduğu ve ergonomik farkındalığın olmayışının bu sorunların temel nedenini oluşturduğu belirlenmiştir. Ergonomics aims to make the working more effectively and efficiently by harmonizing the working environment or the living environment with the people. Therefore, ergonomics is extremely important in terms of manufacturing enterprises as in every area. It will be possible to increase the competitiveness with the efficiency and cost advantage that the ergonomic regulations that will be made at the workplace, with the aim of decreasing the adverse effects of the work environment on the employees, increasing the production quality and productivity of the employees, ensuring the health and safety of the workers. In this study, a qualitative research was carried out to evaluate ergonomic problems in workshop type manufacturing enterprises. In the frame of the checklist created for this purpose, a case study was carried out at a furniture and repair maintenance workshop. Along with the current situation analysis in the enterprises, evaluations were made on all items in the control list. As a result of the reviews and evaluations made, it has been determined that there are important problems related to lighting, air conditioning and used materials, especially in the workplace, and that lack of ergonomic awareness is the main cause of these problems.
