| dc.description | Öz (İngilizce):Epidermolysis bullosa (EB) is a rare disease characterised by vesic- ulobullous lesions with minimal trauma to the skin and mucous membranes. Bleeding, scar tissue, contractures, oedema and le- sions that can spread throughout the body can cause a difficult airway and vascular access in patients with EB. Therefore, anaes- thetic management in patients with EB is a major problem even for experienced anaesthesiologists. Herein, we report a case of dif- ficult airway management in a patient diagnosed with severe EB who presented for emergency tracheostomy because of respiratory failure under general anaesthesia. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | Öz:Epidermolizis bülloza (EB), cilt ve mukozalarda minimal travma ile gelişen vezikülobüllöz lezyonlarla karakterize nadir bir hastalıktır. EB'li olgularda vücudun geneline yayılabilen lezyonlar, kanama, skar dokusu, kontraktürler ve ödem zor havayolu ve zor damar yolu erişimine neden olabilir. Bu nedenle EB'li hastaların anestezi yöne- timi deneyimli anestezistler için bile önemli bir sorundur. Bu olgu sunumunda, solunum yetmezliği nedeniyle genel anestezi altında acil trakeostomi planlanan şiddetli EB tanılı olgudaki zor havayolu yönetimi sunulmuştur. | tr_TR |
