Ateşli Silah Yaralanmasıyla Oluşan Maksiller ve Mandibular Defektin Geç Protetik Tedavisi

Abstract

Öz:Ateşli silahla intihar girişimlerinde silah genellikle çene altına veya ağız içine yerleştirilmektedir. Başın ekstansiyonu ve silahın tutuş açısından etkilenen defektin yeri ve genişliği, protetik tedavi seçeneğini belirler. Bu klinik raporda ateşli silah ile intihar girişimi sonucu oluşmuş geniş maksiller ve mandibuler defektin protetik rehabilitasyonu sunulmuştur. Burun ve simfiz bölgesi kaza sonrası cerrahi olarak otojen greftlerle yapılandırılmış olan 44 yaşındaki erkek hasta, 14 yıl önce yapılmış olan maksiller ve mandibuler defekt protezinin uyumunun tamamen bozulmasına bağlı olarak konuşma, yutkunma ve çiğneme güçlüğü şikayetleri ile kliniğimize başvurmuştur. Klinik ve radyolojik muayenede implant destekli bir overdenture protez yapımı için yeterli kemik bulunmadığından, var olan dişlerin kronlanmasının ardından, üst çeneye maksiller obturatör protez, alt çeneye ise metal kaideli parsiyel protez yapılmıştır. Nose and symphysis region after the accident surgically autogenous grafts that are configured with, fit completely to a deterioration speech, swallowing and chewing difficulties.Clinical and radiological examination for the construction of implant-supported overdentures there is not enough bone after restoring of the teeth, maxillary obturator prosthesis in the upper jaw, lower jaw while partial dentures are made with metal base. Most of the maxillary and mandibular defect in patients with conventional prosthetic applications satisfactory results are obtained
