Bilgi Toplumu'nda Toplam Kalite Liderliği: Elazığ Bankacılık ve Finans Sektörü Uygulaması

Abstract

Öz:Teknolojinin hammaddesi olan bilginin her alanda kullanılması, sanayi toplumundan bilgi toplumuna geçişi sağlamıştır. İşletmelerde liderlerin önemi içinde yaşadığımız bilgi toplumunda daha da artmış bulunmaktadır. Bilgi toplumunun temel özelliklerinden birisi olan "değişime" paralel olarak, liderlik tarzlarında da hızlı bir dönüşüm yaşanmaktadır. Bilgi Çağı ile yaşanan bu değişim ve dönüşümün ortaya çıkardığı liderlik türlerinden birisi de; 'Toplam Kalite Liderliği"dir. Bu çalışmanın amacı hızla bilgi toplumuna geçmekte olan Elazığ'da bankacılık ve fınans sektöründe görev yapan yöneticilerin astlar açısından TKL özelliklerine göre değerlendirilmeleridir. Bu amaçla anket aracılığıyla toplanan veriler frekans analizlerine ve x2 testine tabi tutularak sonuçlar frekans tabloları ve çapraz tablolar aracılığıyla sunulmuştur. The importance of leaders in the firms has been further increased in the information community that we live in. Parallel to the "change" that is one of the fundamental characteristics of information community, a rapid transformation in the modes of leadership as well, is being experienced. One of the kinds of leadership brought forth by this change and transformation seen in information era is the 'Total Quality Leadership'. The purpose of that study is to evaluate the finance and banking sector managers by their subordinates based on the TQL properties in Elazığ which is in the wake of passing rapidly,to information community. To that purpose, data are collected by questionnaires, frequency analysis and % test are applied to these data, and the results are presented by frequency and cross tables.
