MİLLİ GÖRÜŞ PARTİLERİNİN PROGRAMLARININ DIŞ POLİTİKA ANALİZİ

Abstract

Öz:Türkiye'nin siyasal hayatında 1970'den itibaren yer almaya başlayan Milli Görüş partilerinin dış politika ile ilgili görüşleri zaman içerisinde değişiklik göstermekle birlikte, örneğin Avrupa Birliği konusunda olduğu gibi, genel anlamda Batıyı sorgulayan bir söylem taşıdığı görülmektedir. Aynı zamanda ülkenin tarihsel ve kültürel geçmişine sahip çıkılması, Türkiye'nin yeniden büyük ve lider ülke olması vurgusu, Batıya bağımlılıktan kurtulma ve ezilenlerin yanında olma vurguları geleneksel dış politika vizyonunda ciddi bir değişimi ifade etmektedir. Bu makalede amaçlanan, Milli Görüş partilerinin parti programlarındaki dış politika öngörülerinin ve bu öngörülerdeki sapma ve istikrar noktalarının neden sonuç ilişkileri içinde irdelenmesidir. Başlık (İngilizce):FOREIGN POLICY ANALYSIS OF THE PROGRAMS OF MİLLİ GÖRÜŞ PARTIES Öz (İngilizce):Although the opinions of Milli Gorus parties- that have been appeared since 1970s in Turkish political life- about the foreign policy have changed over time forexample in the matter of European Union, generally these opinions seem to carry a discourse that questions the West. At the same time, protection of historical and cultural background of the country, emphasis on Turkey's greatness and leadership, getting rid of dependence on the West and emphasis to being on the side of the oppressed represent a serious change in the traditional foreign policy vision. The aim of this article is to examine the foreign policy proposals of the Milli Görüş parties in the party programs and the reasons for the deviation and stability in these predictions in a cause effect relationship context.
