Özet:
Öz:Bu çalışma 2012 yılında Bingöl İli Merkez İlçesinde görev yapan ve 7.sınıf Sosyal Bilgiler dersine giren 22 Sosyal Bilgiler Öğretmenini kapsamaktadır. Bu çalışma, nitel araştırma yöntemine dayalıdır. Çalışmada nitel araştırmalarda kullanılan veri toplama yöntemlerinden görüşme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Veri toplamak amacı ile görüşme formu kullanılmıştır ve bu formda 8 soru vardır. Veriler betimsel analiz yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. Ulaşılan sonuçlara göre öğretmenlerin çoğu performans görevlerinin öğrenciler tarafından verimli bir şekilde hazırlanmadığını belirtmişlerdir. Performans görevlerinin araştırmaya sevk etme, işbirliği ve sosyalleştirmeyi artırma gibi etkili yanlarının olduğu, performans görevlerinin verilmesinde ya da yapılmasında birçok sorunla karşılaşıldığı, performans görevlerinin yapılma sürecinde öğretmenlerin çoğunun bu süreçte öğrencilere yeterli rehberlik yapamadığı, performans görevlerinin yapılma sürecinde velilerin gerekli katkıyı sağlayamadığı, daha etkili performans görevi için öğretmenlerin öğrencilerin seviyesine uygun görevler vermesi gerektiği, öğrencilerin birçok kaynaktan araştırma yapması gerektiği, öğretmenlerin çoğunun performans görevinin amacına ulaşmadığını düşündüğü ortaya çıkmıştır. Performans görevleriyle ilgili öğretmenlere hizmet içi eğitim verilmelidir.Velilere ve öğrencilere performans göreviyle ilgili yeterli bilgi verilmelidir.

Öz (İngilizce):This study covers 22 teachers of Social Studies who teach 7th grade pupils in the central town of Bingöl province in 2012. This study is based on qualitative research methods. In this study interviewing method has been used. The interview form has been used for collecting data. This form consists of 8 questions. Data were analyzed through descriptive analysis method. According to the results, most of the teachers stated that the performance tasks were not prepared efficiently by students. It was noticed that the performance tasks had some aspects such as increasing the cooperation and improving socialisation of the pupils. Teachers indicated that they have faced many problems during the implementation of the these tasks. In-service training about performance tasks should be given to teachers and necessary information about performance tasks should be given to students and parents.
