Bazı spalax populasyonlarında glukoz-6-fosfat dehidrogenaz ve 6-fosfoglukonat dehidrogenaz enzimlerinin aktiviteleri üzerine bir çalışma

Abstract

Öz:Bu çalışma, Spalax genusunun türleşmesinin aydınlatılmasında katkıda bulunabilmek için planlanmıştır. Bu amaçla Fırat nehrinin iki tarafında kalan bölgedeki Spalax populasyonlarının karaciğerindeki Glukoz-6-Fosfat Dehidrogenaz (G-6-PD) ve 6-Fosfoglukonat Dehidrogenaz (6-PGD) enzim aktiviteleri arasındaki fark araştırılmıştır. Araştırma bölgesindeki Spalax genusuna ait hayvanlar 2 populasyona ayrılarak incelenmiştir. G-6-PD ve 6-PGD enzimlerinin spesifik aktiviteleri 0.01'lik hassasiyetle ölçülerek tablo halinde verilmiştir. Bu veriler ışığında bu iki populasyonda görülen ortalama spesifik aktivite farklılıkları tartışılmıştır. For this, we examined the activities of Glucose-6-Phosphate Dehydrogenase (G-6-PD) and 6-Phosphogluconate Dehydrogenase (6-PGD) enzymes from the liver of Spalax samples taken from both sides of river Euphrates. The samples belonging to genus Spalax were separated into two populationsin the research area. The spesific activities of G-6-PD and 6-PGD enzymes were measured at 0.01 level of significance. The results were given in a table. The observed differences between the mean specific activities of te enzymes of the two populatons were discussed.
