Öz:Hiponatremisi ve bronkoresi olan bir bronkoalveoler karsinom vakası, balgam, ve serumda karsinoembriyonik antijen (CEA), gastrointestinal kanser-ilişkili antijen (CA 19-9), ve CA 15-3 seviyelerinin yüksek bulunuşu ve özellikle balgamda serumdan daha yüksek saptanması nedeniyle sunuldu. CA 125 ise yalnız balgamda yüksek olarak saptandı.
Abstract:A hyponatremic bronchioloalveolar carcinoma case with bronchorrhea was reported since the sputum and serum contained high levels of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), gastrointestinal cancer-associated antigen (CA 19-9) and CA 15-1 which presented higher levels in the sputum than the serum. CA-125 level was elevated only in the sputum.
