Bilateral distribution of inflammatory linear verrucous epidermal nevus is an extremely rare presentation. Although inflammatory linear verrucous epidermal nevus is generally accepted as a distinct entity, it has similar clinical and histopathologic features to psoriasis, or they occasionally may overlap.
