She presented with a thyroid mass, weakness and palpitation for two years.The diagnosis was established on histological examination after thyroid lobectomy. She had an uneventful recovery and received antituberculous medications. Hastaya, sağ troid lobundaki nodule yönelik troid lobektomi yapıldı ve histopatoljik tanı tüberküloz ile uyumlu geldi.
