Method: A 65-year-old female presented with decreased vision and burning pain in her right eye, 2 weeks after an intramuscular injection. Results: Iris abscess and hypopyon with a fibrinous exudate was noted in the anterior chamber of the right eye. Blood culture and anterior chamber paracentesis was positive for methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus.
