There are three mechanisms in lightning strikes: a direct strike, (most often fatal of causing severe injuries), current deflection from a tree or other tall object, or current transfer from the ground to the lower extremity of the body. In this case report, the clinical diagnosis and subsequent management of a 29 year-old 28 week pregnant woman who had been exposed to a lightning strike while working in the open field are described.trinfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessLightning strikePregnancyPregnancy and lightning strike (case report)Gebelik ve yildirim çarpmasi (olgu sunumu)Article1442732752-s2.0-33846555273Q4
