In this context, a questionnaire was applied to 226 people in a public institution in Kahramanmaraş. The data were analyzed by SPSS statistical program and the results were evaluated. According to the results of the study, it was determined that job satisfaction and innovative behavior had a positive effect on individual performance. It was also determined that job satisfaction, innovative behavior and individual performance were positively related.
