İlk üretim hattı da 1870 yılında İkinci Sanayi Devrimi'yle kullanılmaya başlamıştır. Üçüncü Sanayi Devrimi'yle beraber elektronik sistemler üretim sürecinde etkili olarak kullanılmaya başlanmıştır. PLC (Programlanabilir Mantık Kontrolü) kartların devreye girmesiyle üretimde otomasyon sistemleri kurularak elektronik teknolojiler imalat alanında etkin olarak kullanılmaya başlanmıştır. 2011 yılında Almanya'da Hannover fuarında ilk kez duyulan Endüstri 4.0 kavramıyla beraber baştan sona tüm üretim süreçlerinin modüler yapıya aktarılarak kendisini yöneten ve sistemler arası iletişim kuran kolektif bir yapı hayatımıza girmeye başlamıştır. Endüstri 4.0 ile hayatımızda birçok alanda inovatif gelişmeler olmaya başlamıştır. Önceki devrimlere göre çok daha hızlı bir şekilde ilerleyen bu devrim beraberinde işletmelerde üretim, strateji, pazar ve rekabet gibi birçok alanda yenilik ve değişimi beraberinde getirmektedir. Çalışmanın amacı Endüstri 4.0 ile hayatımıza giren söz konusu yenilik ve değişimler hakkında Malatya 1. ve 2. Organize Sanayi Bölgesi'nde yer alan işletmelerin bilgi düzeylerini tespit etmektir. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde birinci, ikinci, üçüncü ve dördüncü sanayi devrimlerinin genel çerçevesi çizilerek tarihi süreçleri, kazanımları ve toplumsal manadaki etkileri incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise kapsamlı bir literatür taramasıyla Endüstri 4.0'ın teknoloji bileşenleri hakkında genel bilgiler aktarılmıştır. Araştırma kısmı olan üçüncü bölümde ise 11 farklı sektörden 102 işletmeye hazırlanan anket uygulanmıştır. Yüz yüze yapılan anket çalışması sonucunda veriler toplanarak istatistiki analizler yapılmıştır. Analizler sonucunda Endüstri 4.0 hakkındaki bilgi düzeylerinin sektörel olarak dağılım göstermediği, yalın üretim hakkında bilgi sahibi olan işletmelerin Endüstri 4.0 bilgi düzeyinin yüksek olduğu, ihracat yapan işletmelerin Endüstri 4.0 bilgi düzeyinin yüksek olduğu ve işletme büyüklüğü arttıkça Endüstri 4.0 hakkındaki bilgi düzeyinin arttığı sonuçlarına varılmıştır.The First Industrial Revolution, which started with the transfer of water and steam power to mechanical systems at the end of the 18th century, continued with the separation of business processes and the start of large-scale production depending on electrical energy at the beginning of the 20th century. The first production line started to be used in 1870 with the Second Industrial Revolution. With the Third Industrial Revolution, electronic systems began to be used effectively in the production process. With the introduction of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) cards, automation systems were established in production and electronic technologies began to be used effectively in the field of manufacturing. With the concept of Industry 4.0, which was heard for the first time at the Hannover fair in Germany in 2011, a collective structure that manages itself and communicates between systems has begun to enter our lives by transferring all production processes from beginning to end to a modular structure. With Industry 4.0, innovative developments have started to occur in many areas in our lives. This revolution, which progresses much faster than previous revolutions, brings with it innovation and change in many areas such as production, strategy, market and competition in enterprises. The aim of the study is to determine the level of knowledge of the enterprises located in Malatya 1st and 2nd Organized Industrial Zone about the innovations and changes that came into our lives with Industry 4.0. In the first part of the study, the general framework of the first, second, third and fourth industrial revolutions was drawn, and their historical processes, achievements and social effects were revealed. In the second part, general information about the technology components of Industry 4.0 is given with a comprehensive literature review. In the third part, which is the research part, a prepared survey was applied to 102 businesses from 11 different sectors. As a result of the face-to-face survey, data were collected and statistical analyzes were made. As a result of the analyzes, it was concluded that the level of knowledge about Industry 4.0 does not show a sectoral distribution, the companies that have knowledge about lean production have a high level of Industry 4.0 knowledge, the exporting companies have a high level of Industry 4.0 knowledge and as the size of the business increases the level of knowledge about Industry 4.0 increases.trinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessMaster Thesis105
