Bu çerçevede, filozofların her birine göre ideal devlet anlayışının kişilerin, devletlerin, şehirlerin mutluluğu kazanılmasındaki rolü, karakterler üzerindeki etkisi, bu mutluluğun hangi koşullarda edinilip yitirildiği, ölçütünün ne olduğu gibi sorulara cevap aranacak ve bu temelde ideal devlet düzeninin gerçeklikte var olabilecek bir düzen mi yoksa ütopik bir varsayım mı olduğu sorusu ele alınacaktır. Anahtar Kelimeler: Platon, Farabi, Yasa, Şehir, Filozof, Peygamber, İdeal devlet.In this study, Plato's and Farabi's views on the ideal state will be compared in terms of whether the ideal state or ideal society is possible, whether the actions of society, individuals, and those who govern the state are decisive for this, what are the characteristics that should be in the rulers, do people with these characteristics actually exist, what is justice, law, happiness, virtue, good... and how they justify these views will be discussed. In this framework, according to each of the philosophers, answers will be sought to questions such as the role of the understanding of the ideal state in the attainment of happiness by individuals, states, and cities, its effect on characters, the conditions under which this happiness is gained or lost, and what its criterion is, and on this basis, the question of whether the ideal state order is an order that can exist in reality or a utopian assumption will be addressed.
