Billroth II operasyonunun ardından anatomik değişiklikler ERKP uygulanılmasında teknik güçlüklere yol açar. Kliniğimizde Ocak 1992- Mayıs 1999 tarihleri arasında ERKP uygulanan hastaların kayıtları toplanarak içlerinden daha önceden Billroth II operasyonu geçirenler değerlendirildi. 520 olgudan 14'de daha önce geçirilmiş Billroth II operasyonu vardı. Billroth II operasyonu uygulananlarda kolanjjyografi başarısı % 78,5 olarak bulunurken morbidite ve mortalite sayıları sıra ile % 7 ve % 0 olarak bulundu. Klinik olarak bizim görüşümüz Billroth II operasyonu geçirenlerde de tanı ve tedavi amaçlı ERKP başarı ile uygulanabilirAbstract: Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography and associated therapeutic procedures are widely used in routine clinical practice. The changes in the upper gastrointestinal anatomy following Billroth II anastomosis may present technical difficulties at endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography. The case records of all patients who had undergone endoscopic retrograde cholangiopacreatography at our unit from January 1992 to May 1999 were evalvated and all those with a previous Billroth II anastomosis were included in this study. Of the 520 patients evaluated, 14 patients had undergone Billroth II surgery. Overall, the success rates for cholangiography were 78,5 % for patients with Billroth II gastrectomies. The morbidity and mortality rates were 7 % and 0%, respectively. We conclude that patients with a Billroth II operation may successfully undergo endoscopic diagnostic as well as therapeutic procedures.trinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessArticle11176792-s2.0-0034077296Q312543
