Hastanin 22 aylik izleminde ortalama idrar akim hizi 13 ml/saniye, maksimum idrar akim hizi 19 ml/saniye idi. Stent uygulamasi sonrasinda olusan hafif agri ve minimal uretroraji erken donemde kayboldu, uzun donem izlemde herhangi bir komplikasyon gorulmedi.Abstract: Long Term Outcome After Insertion Of Four Permanent Urolume® Stents In A Patient With Recurrent Urethral Stricture-After failed attempts ofendoscopic internal urethrotomy in a patient with complex traumatic urethral stricture four-Urolume® endostents were inserted. At the end of 22 months follow-up, the mean and maximum urinary flow rates ivere 13 ml/s and 19,ml/s, respectively.
