It can be interpreted that as fear of missing out (FoMO) increases, digital burnout increases with a significant and moderate relationship.In order to reveal whether fear of missing out (FoMO) has a predictive effect on digital burnout, simple linear regression analysis was conducted and it was concluded that fear of missing out positively predicts digital burnout. According to this result, it can be said that as individuals' fear of missing out increases, their digital burnout also increases. © 2026 by IGI Global Scientific Publishing.
