Yapılan operasyonda nekroz nedeniyle rezeke edilen ileum segmentinin histopatolojik muayenesi hyalen vasküler tip Castleman hastalığı olarak rapor edildi.A patient with Down syndrome who had an operation for proximal intestinal atresia in the newborn period and had the diagnoses of annular pancreas, duodenal atresia, and malrotation was admitted a second time when he was 13 months old with intestinal obstruction due to adhesions.
