Birinci bölümde çocuk ve suç kavramlarına sosyolojik ve hukuki açıdan değinilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, çocuk suçluluğu ve nedenleri incelenmiştir. Nedenleri anlatılırken çocuğun kişiliğine bağlı nedenler ve sosyal çevrenin etkisi olarak iki başlık altında açıklanmıştır.This study examines the factors which cause juvenile delinquency in terms of personal, economic and social sides. It is studied about the factors which cause children offenses and the necessary precautions in order to decrease the offenses. This thesis includes of two main parts. In the first part , it is mentioned about children and offense concepts in terms of social and law subjects.
