Yapılan operasyonda nekroz nedeniyle rezeke edilen ileum segmentinin histopatolojik muayenesi hyalen vasküler tip Castleman hastalığı olarak rapor edildi.Abstract: A patient with Down syndrome who had an operation for proximal intestinal atresia in the newborn period and had the diagnoses of annular pancreas, duodenal atresia, and malrotation was admitted a second time when he was 13 months old with intestinal obstruction due to adhesions.
