She had no dyspnea and chest pain which were signs of congestive heart failure. Digitalis has been given to provide hemodynamic stabilization. Combined spinal-epidural block had been succesfully used in this case. There were no significant cardiovascular and respiratory changes in the mother and the baby during the operation. In the anesthesiological management of caesarean sections with dilated cardiomyopathy, combined spinal-epidural anesthesia can be used not only to minimize cardiovascular changes in the mother, but also to keep the neonate from respiratory depression.Diiate kardiyomiyopatiii bir gebede sezaryende anestezi uygulamasını rapor ettik. Dispne ve göğüs ağrısı şikayeti olmayan hastaya hemodinamik stabilizasyon için dijital preparatı verilmekteydi. Hastada kombine spinal­epidural blok başarıyla uygulandı. Operasyon sırasında annede ve bebekte belirgin bir kardiyovasküler ve respiratuar değişiklik izlenmedi.
