This high demand caused by various social factors has been a critical problem in Turkey. Nowadays, the higher education system is in an intensive effort in order to, on one hand, meet the increasing demand to higher education, on the other hand, give more qualified education at specialization level. In the process of EU conformity, certainly, the changes carried out in every social systems and conformity studies appear in education institutions as well.
