A Rare Cause of Diarrhea in a Kidney Transplant Recipient: Dipylidium caninum

Watery diarrhea due to Dipylidium caninum was observed in a male patient who had been undergone kidney transplantation 2 years before. The patient was successfully treated with niclosamide.
