According to the results obtained from the research; It has been observed that the job satisfaction and attitude levels of music teachers working in both public and private schools differ according to their participation in IST in the field of music education and the number of IST they attend. Despite this, it was seen that the level of job satisfaction and attitudes of music teachers working in public schools towards the profession of music teaching did not differ according to the IST activities in the field of general education. As the number of music teachers participate in ISTs inreases, it has been concluded that the level of job satisfaction and attitude towards the profession may increase.
